Details

Elfe II, a magnificent First Rule yacht, is set to be a true highlight at the upcoming World Championships in Turku. Built in 1912 by Abeking & Rasmussen - Lemwerder in Germany, and designed by Henry Rasmussen, this historic vessel, originally named Toni IX, embodies the timeless elegance of the golden age of yachting. As the sole First Rule boat attending the championships, Elfe II, now under the Lindauer Segler Club and racing internationally, promises a captivating glimpse into the origins of 8mR yachting, showcasing the classic bow sprits, eye-catching rigs, and enduring lines that define these trailblazing yachts.
